Hi everyone, I am back with another travel post, this time in London!
London is one of the most insane cities I have ever been too. We spent one week here and did absolutely everything we could think of. We went on the London Eye, visited the Buckingham Palace, Madame Tussauds, Hyde Park, Covent Garden, Harrods, Tower of London, Tower Bridge, shopping on Oxford street and saw a show ‘The Book of Mormon’ on Picadilly Circus. It was the craziest week of my life. We of course did a lot of extra things but didn’t want to bored you with a list.
We visited London in late July. It is crazy that at the moment it is snowing there. A lot warmer then expected to be honest. Perfect summer days to stroll the streets of London.
Make sure you..
See a show in London
We did this pretty short notice so it was very lucky we even got tickets. As I said before we saw it at Picadilly Circus. It was so amazing especially coming out after in the afternoon show and seeing London at night. Prices do depend on the show and time.
Southbank bars and markets
This can be found where the London Eye is. It was an area filled with markets, rides for kids and bars and restaurant. The perfect way to spend your afternoon.
Get lost in the streets of London City and catch the Underground
We did this every day. I think we saw even more of London then expected because we didn’t have much planned for each day. The underground is actually amazing. Once you get use to it it is really easy to navigate. Wherever you are just jump on the underground and 5-10 minutes later you are at your next location. You can buy different tickets but just a heads up make sure you get the ones with the zone areas you need.
Hope this helped you out! Let me know if you have ever travelled to London before. I would love to see what you did.
Talk soon, Sara xx
